CubORee Committee Meetings
CubORee Committee Meetings will be at 6pm before the following Roundtables.
Nov: Discuss locations and dates (along with possible Council and School conflicts)
Jan: Make final decision on Location and Date for the 2008 Day Camp Preview
March: Generate Program Ideas for Cubs and Webelos Activities
May: Discuss Staff Recruitment and Choose the Activities
Aug: Final Meeting to be sure we have all staff and equipment needed.
Meetings will begin promptly at 6 and end at 6:30 for Roundtable.
The total committment time for this will be 2.5 hours of meetings PLUS time on the day of the event.
If lots of Parents put in a little time, the boys will have so much fun!!
*In order to have Webelos and Cub Archery and BB Ranges,
we will need 8-12 certified Range Safety Officers.
